If your wanting to use equipment on your claim this year, then the earlier you submit your application for permits the better. Remember, it there is a lot of buracratetic red tape (government regulations and Indian Band approval) to navigate before a permit is issued. So, don't be thinking you can put your application in and a week later you'll have your permit because it's not going to happen!
