Claims For Sale:
These placer claims all have gold present; as we have personally found it on them. Numerous Web Sites and Sellers like to state that "this many ounces" have been taken from the claim; or they like to show you a gold pan with varying amounts of gold present - just to grab your attention. The only question is ......"did that gold actually come from said claim?". How do you verify it? ...... You can't! There are so many stories floating around out there, one has to be able to seperate "Fact" from "Fiction". If you look at the MTO "Placer" map - the number of claims staked in the past couple years has sky rocketed; but how many people are physically out there mining? Last year (2011) we came across a grand total of SIX miners actually working their claims! Granted there may have been a few others we didn't see but given the number of claims in the area we cover, there should have been at least 400 miners out there. What it boils down to are people staking claims in known gold areas, hoping to make a fast buck with never setting foot on site. Plus the asking prices are all over the board as they don't know what the claims are capable of producing.
It is up to you as a buyer to ascertain whether or not there is enough gold present to warrant purchasing the claim. However, you still require permission of the registered owner before you do any testing.
