Panning:

First, you need to decide on what type and size of gold pan to purchase. As there are so many books and videos available on "How to Pan" & all the different types of pans, it really ends up being a matter of personal preference as to your choice. There are so many web sites that will go into great detail I will not be covering this subject here.

 

Panning Reserves:

The Provincial Government has placed various areas in reserve for "Recreational Panners" and by clicking on this link you will be leaving Blue Mountain Mining for the government web page with maps dedicated to these reserve areas. You don't need a Free Miners Certificate in order to use them.
